About Danielle…
I began my career in care as a care assistant at Weald Hall. I loved the role and quickly built relationships with our amazing care team and residents. I want to make a difference to those we support and I care for each and every one of our residents as though they are my own family.
Our vision at Weald Hall is to provide excellent individualised care, promoting independence and enabling residents to live their lives to the fullest. Family, friends and guests are more than welcome at any time, and I am always ready to join you for a cup of tea!
